Description:

Hospital Advocates provide crisis intervention, emotional support, information and resources to survivors during the forensic exam process. Volunteers have flexible scheduling options and staff support. As a Hospital Advocate, your presence can make a significant impact on the journey to healing. This is an on-call position. MOCSA covers six counties - Johnson, Wyandotte, Platte, Clay, Jackson and Cass. Volunteers can choose which state works best for them, or respond across both states.

Requirements:

Background Check, Fingerprint Registration, 40 Hour Training, Must be 18+
