Description:

The vision for Wisdom In Motion is to fuel the development, self-confidence and drive for our local youth while reducing drug use, risky behavior and the school to prison pipleline. The mentors are matched with mentees to offer their support and guidance. Mentoring focuses on developing capability by working with the mentee's goals to help them realize their potential. The mentee is responsible for their learning and development and setting the direction and goals for the relationship. Volunteers meet with their mentees on Saturdays from 11-12 twice a month.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years old.

Background check required.
